Huntley, Illinois – On Saturday, June 14, HSN held their third annual Free Car Wash in front of the Provena Medical Building on Regency Parkway in Huntley.
With clear skies and plenty of generous donations, HSN raised nearly $1300 to support two local organizations: the Huntley High School Red Raiders Color Guard and Adult & Child Therapy Services (ACTS), a non-profit rehab facility in Woodstock providing physical, speech and occupational therapy.
Along with HSN, Chiro-One Wellness Centers contributed to the event this year to pay for all necessary supplies, food and drinks.
Extra special thanks go to all the Huntley High School students, parents, and teachers who showed up in force to volunteer for the day’s event!

Mr. and Mrs. Charles Peterson of Sun City, Huntley won $100 cash from HSN’s 2013 Huntley Expo contest. Given the choice of taking home the cash or a Kindle Paperwhite, Mrs. Peterson said, “We chose the cash instead of the Kindle because we love visiting the Huntley library and prefer to get our reading material the old fashioned way!” Mrs. Peterson further stated she and her husband were excited to win the prize and looked forward to choosing a fun way to spend it. HSN members constructed booths, talked to attendees, and gave away prizes during the recent Huntley Chamber expo. The Peterson’s name was chosen from the attendees who signed up to win the cash or the Kindle Paperwhite.
